GLYCONUTRIENT DEFICIENCY

There is a glyconutrient deficiency in your current diet no matter how you are eating! Why?

You may well claim that you are eating well, lots of fruits and vegetables, low glycemic diet, no fatty or starchy foods, but...you are still not getting the nutrients you need from your food.

Let's look at some of the causes and effects.

Toxicity is in the air from the thousands of manufacturing plants around the globe!

Poor eating habits keep us from getting the nutrients we need. Even if you are eating all the right things, studies show that you cannot eat enough in our day or time in history to get sufficient supplements into your system to avoid glyconutrient deficiency.

The human body was designed to function perfectly with a good, fresh, raw, natural diet. The onset of processed, refined and packaged foods and all the other "yummy" fast food desserts and products were not meant to be a part of the human diet.

Food processed with heat of any kind depletes nutrition! Some foods actually become nothing but empty calories.

In 1995 the United States Department of Agriculture recommended that adults consume 5-9 servings of antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables EVERY day! How many of us do this?

Since the 1950's some natural foods have to be consumed at more than 25 times the previous levels to get the same nutrition we got back before the 1950's. Even though the various foods may look the same, that is where the similarity ends!

It is absolutely essential that everyone on this planet use supplements every day in order to avoid glyconutritient deficiency.

The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) published an article that stated, "Most people do not consume an optimal amount of all vitamins by diet alone...It appears prudent for all adults to take vitamin supplements."

They do not mention babies and children, but they should have done so. Babies who nurse receive five of the essential sugars in their mother's breast milk which helps to get them off to a good start in life with a healthy immune system and higher IQs.

When breast feeding stops, they still need the eight essential sugars just as much as the adults do, possibly more, since they are in the growing stage and their bodies need lots of nutrients to keep this process going and result in a healthy adult.

There is no doubt that dietary supplements are no longer a luxury; in this century they are a necessity!

We each need to learn how to include these dietary supplements in our monthly budgets just as you would for food and all the other daily necessities of life. Glyconutrient deficiency can be avoided! Do it and you will live a healthier life!
